Areas of Expertise: Human Rights, United Nations, international humanitarian affairs, gender equality and women’s empowerment, transitions from conflict to peace/democracy; from humanitarian to recovery to sustainable development and resilience, Ukraine, Pacific Small Islands developing states, Southern Balkans, Israel/Middle East.

Osnat Lubrani (Israel, USA) served at the United Nations for 26 years including as UN Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator in Ukraine (2018 – 2022), Fiji and nine other Pacific Small Island Developing States (2013-2018), and Kosovo (2009-2013). She also held several positions as UNDP Resident Representative and as UN Women Director.
