As a Junior Operations Officer, Ksenia supports the smooth daily operations of Inclusive Peace’s programs and projects. 

Before joining Inclusive Peace, Ksenia held the position of DTM Country Coordinator at the IOM Office in Belarus. Ksenia also held various roles at the UNDP Office in Belarus focusing mainly on project monitoring and evaluation, program development, event management, and administrative support. Ksenia has extensive working and educational experience in Lithuania, Poland, and Italy. 

Ksenia holds a Master’s in International Development and Cooperation from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan, Italy), and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and European Studies from a joint program of the Lazarski University (Warsaw, Poland) and the Coventry University (Coventry, United Kingdom).
